Legal Assistants. We utilize trained professionals, both employees and independent contractors who are not attorneys; they work with the client, but do not give independent legal advice. The legal assistant usually conducts the initial interview with the client, gathers the pertinent facts, and identifies the issues in summary form for the attorney. After independent analysis, the attorney renders advice, which usually consists of offering numerous options to the client.

Accountants & Investigators. We contract with independent accountants and investigators according to the needs of the client; e.g., return preparation.

Worldwide Practice. Our practice is worldwide within state and federal courts. The firm has represented clients within 42 states and several foreign countries on four continents. We associate with local counsel when required by local rules of practice.
