MACPHERSON DEFENDS AGAINST GOVERNMENT TYRANNY

“Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to the accidental opinion of a day; but a series of oppressions, begun at a distinguished period, and pursued unalterably through every change of ministers, too plainly prove a deliberate and systematical plan of reducing us to slavery.” [1]

“The accumulation of all powers legislative, executive and judiciary in the same hands, whether of one, a few or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.” [2]

Once again, The MacPherson Group and local Idaho counsel D. Colton Boyles of Boyles Law PLLChave gone on the offensive against government tyranny. On Friday, July 31, 2020, they filed suit against Panhandle Health District for violations of the open meeting law related to the passage of a mask mandate for Kootenai County (Coeur d’Alene and surrounding communities).
